Characteristics of Hojiblanca Oil
Oil of intense green color with touches of gold.Amount of medium oleic acid, which makes it resistant to oxidation at high temperatures and makes it a very valid oil for both frying and taking raw.
Touch sweet, light bitterness and some spicy presence in throat.
This type of oil receives its name from the whitish aspect of the underside of the leaves of the olive tree that produces this type of olives.
It is an oil that grows a lot in the pan which makes it a perfect option to carry out fritters without spending too much.
